sick roo need advice

Rooster is about a year old. since last Sunday he as had watery, runny eyes, he is very lethargic and will not eat or drink. He has been just standing in one spot not moving. He has very liquid white poop. I went to the feed supply store they gave me Terramycin soluable powder I have mixed it in water and am forcing feeding one syringe dose a day. He does not seem to be getting better so I have uped it to two doses a day.
I have also began forcing pedia lite & water mixture. His eye area is really puffy on both sides of his head ...What is this ?

Sounds like it could be one of the Mycoplasmas. If you have a state tester or vet, you could get a culture and see exactly what it is and which antibiotic would be best.
I would suggest giving him scrambled egg (s), spinach leaves or lettuce and give that a try. If you are giving him Terramycin, give it another day and then see what direction you want to go in.
Below on my post you will see a link going to a page that I compiled regarding to mycoplasma. I'll stress again, get this tested with a throat culture so you know exactly what it is.

Visit avian vet, if at all possible. That's a long time sick - he may not be able to hang in there without the right meds very soon.
