Sick Rooster

My Light Brahma rooster (about a year old) isn't eating much but drinking a lot of water. When I picked him up to move him to another pen, I turned him upside down to calm him and a lot of water poured out of his mouth. He has yellow diarrhea as well. Seems just lethargic.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Also he seems to be going pale in the red on the side of his face and eyes. I'm going to worm and dust him for mites for starters
