I would try to get her eating and drinking, and keep an wye on her droppings. Many hens with reproductive disorders can get the yellow urates. Is her tail up or down, and has she laid any eggs recently?

Her tail is constantly down she hasn’t laid for about 5 months. I’m starting to wonder if she has the same thing my roo died from

Is she still doing the same? Is she taking fluids and any food now? Are the chickens drinking from their own water now? Have you scrubbed it out and refilled it? I would try giving the hen some human vitamin E 400 IU, and half of a super B complex tablet daily to treat her symptoms of a neurological condition.

I brought her inside and made her very comfortable for a couple of days. Gave her poultry cell the last couple of days and she stopped doing that head bob thing and kind of perked up yesterday. Took her back out with the flock and she drank some water. Still doesn’t want to eat. I kind of came to the conclusion that she is probably really depressed because he was her best bud and the other hens aren’t the nicest to her

I got rid of their water bucket like someone mentioned to earlier and found a temporary water pail and all is well now everyone is drinking. Not sure what the issue with the food is yet. I am dumping to today to refresh it hoping that helps. Must be a bucket issue because they will eat it out of my hand. Thank you for all of your helpful suggestions. These little creatures definitely give me a run for my money
