Sick Rooster

I have a lethargic Rooster. He is breathing with his beak open and isn't himself. I have given him Gatorade and scrambled eggs with garlic. Any advice would be much and.

Hello there! Did this happen suddenly? What color is his comb, does he have bright eyes, any changes in his poop? What's the temperature where you're at? More details and pictures would be great!

Have you added any new birds to your flock in recent weeks? Do you have other roosters? Is he molting? Do you see any watery or bubbly eyes on either side? Any crusty drainage or nasal mucus? Have you wormed him recently?

Can you give him a little bit of Nutridrench? Sugar water might also help.
Does he have a full crop? I would bring him inside so he is away from the others. Can you post a picture of him?

It did come on all of the sudden. We are in NJ. I have a video but am having a difficult time posting it. His comb is good al, his eyes are ok, but has very loose poop and is panting while laying down.
