sick rooster!

I have a 4 month old barred rock rooster who about 3 weeks ago started to limp and keep tail down.
He has always eat and drank, never acted sick.
No signs of bumblefoot or any other injury to foot, back, leg or anywhere.
Today he has signs of diarrhea and looks like he may be losing a small amount of weight.
What could this be? I moved him away from the others just in case.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

maybe he has worms I'm not sure

I haven't thought about worms....I'll try
deworming and see if that helps.

No pics of foot, although i did deworm yesterday.
He seems ok...just limping.
Will keep updated.

Where does he seem to be limping- I mean does it appear to be a foot, from a hock, from a hip joint? Can you post a photo of both legs/ feet?

Quick update! Rooster seems better, his tail is up and looks better overall. After the worming treatment he seemed to go uphill··}
