I have 2 roosters. Both are 1-2 years old. One started lying down and acting "lazy" on Thursday of last week. He stopped crowing completely and sounded hoarse. I left him alone thinking he was just feeling a bit "off". 2 days later, my other rooster got what looked like moldy spots on his comb and then the next day, he started sounding hoarse. I pulled both out and quarantined them from the hens on Sunday. All my hens act fine with the exception of one with diarrhea. The one rooster hasn't developed any spots, but seems to be getting better. The rooster with the spots seems to be getting worse. Both have diarrhea, and both sound hoarse. Neither is eating much, but both seem to be drinking. The one's spots are increasing and affecting his eye. He is now limping and resting a lot and seems to be losing weight. I don't know what it could be, and have no idea how to treat them. I just got this flock from someone I know about 3 weeks ago and they were all healthy.

Just to add, I thought the one may have fowl pox, but he has so many other symptoms, I don't think that could be it.
