Sick Rouen duck

I have a 1 year old Rouen hen that is lathargic, unkept, and not eating. Is there an antibiotic for ducks? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could she be egg bound?

Gotten into anything toxic?

Any other ducks showing symptoms?

I don't know, her sister died while I was out of state during the week. Looks like the back of her head has some scratches, like when the male holds her to mate. These are my irst pets and I am not up to peed on fowl illnesses
