Sick Rouen

I have a Rouen duckling (1 out of 6) about 3 weeks old- i assume i could be wrong i will add a photo to get age ... I noticed it is a bit unbalanced. It falls over quite a bit.. it is a bit wobbly and sways and holds its head to the side. Eating and drinking just fine. Did have diarrhea this morning. No blood just watery and brown... i am going to add niacin to see if that helps. Any ideas?
