I'm so sorry, but it sounds like your baby is in serious trouble.

She really does need antibiotics if it is pneumonia or an upper repiratory infection of any sort (which it absolutely DOES sound like, but can't say for sure).

Other than that, I would give SERIOUS supportive care,: extra heat, water with some pedialyte or vitamins in it, see if you can get her to eat, and I would seperate her from the other chicks in case whatever she has is contagious.

These little guys do not have much "reserve strength", and has been showing symptoms since yesterday & getting worse... Is getting her to a Vet a possibility?? Sounds pretty critical. If vet not a possibility, then do what you can with supportive care, antibiotics a good idea too.
