Sick Silkie rooster

My rooster has been sick for about a month. Recently my vet gave me some Baytril / Ivermectin injectables. No improvement. He can not stand. Lays on his side constantly. He eats and drinks and it looks like his poops are normal. He flaps his wings trying so hard to stand. Please help, will do anything to save him
