I posted earlier this week about my sick silkie . I got her a few weeks ago . Last weekend noticed her eyes were closed . I brought her inside my house and started researching . I purchased med rx and put some on inside of her mouth and on beak and head . Electrolytes on water . Bought antibiotic cream to put on her eye . She opens her eyes sometimes . She's eating . She was drinking today and the other day too . Not with her all the time to know if she's drinking all the time . I have bathed her and put seven dust on her too thinking it may be mites . It's been a week and I'm not sure she's getting better but does not seem to be getting worse . I have no clue at this point what could be wrong with her . Did notice discharge from her nose and cleaned that out . Just not understanding why sometimes she opens her eyes ... it's like she just keeps them closed for no reason as dumb as that sounds . I don't see anything wrong with her eyes . Any advice would be greatly appreciated .
