sick silkies?

have silkies and they r little over 4months old. Doing fine. fed and watered yesterday all was good. went back out about 4hrs later. 1 was dead had just died was not stiff. I also have a blk one same age has a crooked neck, I noticed it about 2wks ago. now that chicken cannot stand up for long is falling over, still wants to eat. found it in the corner of the coop this morn. and removed it from the group. any idea's any and all advice would be appreciated. I am going to clean all my feed and water containers. I clean my container about every 3 days.I am going to rake out my pens and put fresh bedding.( poop looks like poop no difference.)

Are you treating the bird for wry neck? Any sign of injuries on bird that died? Do you know for a fact bird was eating/drinking? Check the crop on bird that has passed,is it full or empty?

not sure what wry neck is and the bird that died was buried yesterday in the back field
