I have a chicken that has a splotchy face. She’s about four years old. She is molting, was being bullied a few weeks ago, and just came back from a show. I’ve never seen a splotchy face like this before. The heat isint much-high 70’s, and she stopped laying about a month ago for I think her molt. Should I be worried about this?

Looks like the spots are just from losing the scabs and she's healing.
You can put a little triple antibiotic ointment on the scabs to help heal them up.

If she's in molt, she may have stopped laying until she's finished.

See that she's eating her normal feed and drinking well. If she's a bit under the weather during molt, it wouldn't hurt to direct dose her with Poultry Cell twice a week at a rate of 1cc per 3lb of weight and give her a little extra protein a couple of times a week (egg, sardines/mackerel, beef).
