I'm sorry to hear that your Turkey is sick:hugs

It's good that you have her in the bathtub, I'm sure she is more comfortable and warm there.
Let's get some people that are familiar with Turkeys to take a look.
@casportpony @R2elk

It looks like mycoplasma (MG) which can be severe in turkeys. Feed stores used to sell OTC antibiotics until a few years ago. Now you can buy Tylan 50 or 200 at most feed stores in the cattle medicine, and instead of giving shots, give it orally into the beak. Get some 3 ml syringes with 18 or 20 gauge needles to remove the emdicine, then remove the needle to squirt it into the beak while holding her. Let us know which you get and we can give dosages. The Tylan 200 is more for a bigger turkey while the 50 is for chickens and small turkeys. Weigh yourself while holding the turkey, then subtract your weight to get a weight on her. I also keep sick chickens in my bathtub, so you are fine.

Dosage if using Tylan 50 give 0.25 ml or 1/4 ml or cc per pound of weight. Give that 3 times a day for 5 days. For a 5 pound bird that would be 1.25 ml or 1 1/4 ml.

Dosage for Tylan 200 is 0.06 ml per pound of weight 3 times a day for 5 days. For a 5 pound bird, that would be 0.3 ml or about 1/3 ml.

Sorry about your medical issues. That must be tough to deal with.
