Sick Turkey?

So I have some Narragansett turkeys that are almost three months old. One of them is not as as active as the others over the past few days. It is mostly just standing still with its head tucked in like a vulture, bobbing its head and tensing its neck muscles. It almost looks like it is trying to regurgitate something. Any ideas?
