I noticed last night one of my 14 chicks has a swollen red vent, looking like a little red button. From reading on this web site, I cleaned her with mineral oil(her vent was not blocked), applied cortisone cream and fed her 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. I also resumed putting quick chick in their water and increased the temp in the brooder back to 90 degrees. The other chicks are not paying much attention to her as far as pecking. I also saw her poop after I gave her the coconut oil, a soft consistency manure. Today she is keeping to herself and looks like she's not feeling well. The swelling looks a bit better, but not gone. I'm wondering what else I should do? I did clean her again with the mineral oil and apply the cortisone again. Should I give her more coconut oil? Thoughts?

I'd sure set her up in the brooder but separated for the others. Nothing draws problems more than a wound or red skin for chicks to start in. And Chickens.
How did you give her the coconut oil? Is she eating and drinking? I don't believe I'd give her any more coconut oil if you're seeing poops.
How old are your chicks? and what breeds/breeds?
Do you have triple antibiotic or Neosporin? I know they are safe to use not sure about cortisone cream. @casportpony

I have set her up in her own space now. She is looking a lot more constipated and has only had a small bit of manure in the last few hours. I've given her the coconut oil again(opening her beak and giving her small chilled pellets of the oil to equal 1/2 teaspoon) and used the Neosporin as you recommended. I've turned her pelleted food into a mash with the water and electrolytes. I'm not seeing her eat or drink. I don't like the way she looks, but don't know what else to do. I even tried gently massaging her abdomen, that also did not work.
