woke up this morning and noticed a hen not moving. Upon closer look she had what seemed like discharge on her neck feathers which made them feel kinda crispy and her eyes were bubbly and swollen shut. Is there anything we can do?!!!?

She may have a respiratory infection or disease such as mycoplasma or MG. It can cause eye drainage or bubbles in the eye, pinkeye, sinus infection with swelling of the eyelid or face, and there may be nasal drainage. You can try to find Tylan 50 or 200 injectable in a local feed store, and give it orally. Or you may order some Tylan powder online, and give that for 5 days, making sure that she takes enough. Here is a link for the medicine:

Let us know if you get one of those and we will give dosage. Your local vet could help you as well if that is avaliable.
