After bringing my chicks in from the garage to keep warm during a power outage I noticed that one of my wyandottes is breathing through her mouth and making a crackling noise.
I haven't noticed any diarrhea or any other symptoms
Any idea what it could be or at least a general treatment? They have full access to food and their water has electrolytes/probiotics

Hi Lambdad,
- How long does she have this symptoms?
- is there any discharge from beak or eyes?
- Does she eat/drink normal and is her behavior normal?
-Is it possible to upload a picture of your chicken?

She behaves normal, aside from the mouth breathing. There is no discharge nor is there diarrhea. I'm not sure how long she's been doing it because I just noticed this Saturday evening before mother's day. When I had them all in the carrying pen you see her in now due to a power outage. If I stick my hand in the broader she runs and chirps like the other 5 And moves to the back of the pen with the others too
