Sick weird behaving male quail

He has became il land walks around hunched up and holding his head to the side, slanted but still eats and drinks, his balance is very bad too

First guess would be he bonked his head on the top of the cage.

He keeps doing weird little menovers with his head and ducking and shaking it about then once again walk with his head to the side

Plz help he's getting worse, turning into an emergency
