Sick white Leghorn

My other white Leghorn looks healthy and I can't see any parasites on her but she also has that hair ball looking stuff under her wings. I can't find any information on it

Can you get someone to help you take some clearer pics of this 'hairball'?
One to hold the wing open and the other take the pics?
Is it just a tangled ball of feathers, is there a wound in there somewhere, or a hard lump???
