I woke up this morning to see Nessie sitting in the run while the others roamed around. She was standing in an awkward position and cant walk without stumbling. She was fine yesterday, what could this be?

For video, upload to youtube and provide a link.

When is the time she laid an egg? Is she pooping?
What does her crop feel like?
Have you added any new birds recently?

I would get some Calcium into her (1 Caltrate with D3) and get her hydrated. Electrolytes if you have them.

Can you feel her abdomen below the vent between her legs - any bloat or feeling of fluid?
I'm inclined to think she's having some difficulties passing an egg.

here is the youtube link, her crop feels fine, she is sitting so I can’t get between the legs. I have gotten her to eat and drink a little but she isn’t moving. is the pic under the wing something to worry about?

You need to gather her up and examine that more closely.
Hard to tell what that is under her wing, but you need to gather her up and examine it more closely. If it's a wound, then look her all over for any other wounds.
Clean well with Chlorhexidine, trim away any feathers that may get in the wound and apply triple antibiotic ointment.
Bring her in if possible and keep her on clean dry bedding so you can observe her. Look her over for lice/mites while you are examining her and see what her poop looks like.

Any bad odors of infection?

She is inside now and will drink but doesn’t eat. I think on her body beneath the fluffy feathers under the wing there is an area with a wound. At this point she sits all day and can only stand on one leg. I have been applying some Muniprocin which hopefully works in place of neosporin. She doesn’t smell bad but is very tired and barely moves. Should we go to a vet?

Are your birds usually free ranging? If so, this wound might have been caused by a predator and by the looks of it, quite serious. What exactly is leaking out of her wound?

If vet care is an option for you, then yes, I think that would be best.

If it's not, then can you please take a better look at her? I understand she's tired and you may be afraid you will hurt her, but you need to trim the feathers away from the wound. Clean and flush out the wound really well - saline, Chlorhexidine, warm soapy water - whatever you have to clean and flush the wound. Dry her up a bit, then apply your Muniprocin.

Make sure to look her all over, she may have other wounds.

I trimmed most of the feathers but there is one that seems really stuck to the wound. Should i just tug it off quickly? Also she is drinking a lot of water which i think is good! but is too much ever a bad thing?

Can you get some better photos of the wound now since you trimmed it? You may need to pluck the feather.

Drinking is good. I would check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
Is she pooping?
