Sounds like she's improving a little!
The wound is deep, so it's going to take a while to heal. I would continue caring for her like you are unless the wound shows signs of infection - redness, oozing/pus, bad odor.

She started walking today! I found some weird dots between her waddles so I’m going to attach a pic but merry christmas to those who celebrate it!

I saw those in the previous photo, but was unsure if it was maybe dirt. Now with a closer photos, I'm still not quite sure what to make of it. Do they wipe off at all? Do you see any lice/mites on her?
The only other thing I can think of is possibly clogged pores on the skin similar to a pimple? See how dimply the outer skin is on her wattles, those little black dots are in the same pattern.

I looked closer and it seems like each black dot had a little hair growing out of it. I’m happy as long as it’s not a disease!
