Sick Wyandotte

I have a 2 month old Golden laced wyandotte both eyes are swollen shut and gooey she eats and drinks when i help her find food. Could it ne eye worms? Out of 150 chickens she is the only one. Have her inside now. Got Vet RX last night put it in the water. Can i put iy directly in the eyes?

Also I have another chick a cherry Eggers that is 3 weeks old she has stopped eating still drinking but her craw is empty and she has stopped growing. She is so thin and small now . no apparent reason.

I made her drink electrolytes with vitamins with honey and probiotics. She even drank on her own.
