Sick year and a half old leghorn

Leghorn has stopped laying for about 2 months and has a huge bump on it's butt and has problems standing. Gave it an Epsom salt bath and I'm sure it isn't egg bound. Let me know if you guys have any leads.

She should be going through a molt but this behavior seems life threatening
