Cucumber caesar salad with tinned mackerel. Sounds nasty as I type it out, but it's shockingly delicious (and healthy)!

Yesterday I made chana masala which is curried chickpeas.

I used those leftovers with some basmati rice, lime juice, onions, sour cream and cilantro and made a burrito out of it. Sounds weird but it was delicious.
