Sick young bantam brahma chick?

I noticed today that one of my young bantam brahma chicks wasn't looking too well. She was just standing there, all kind of 'floofed' out. Her wing feathers aren't that tight against her body..they seem to kind of sag downwards a bit. And it looks like she is breathing heavily, for you can tell when you look at her. She isn't looking too well...she's about 2 and 1/2 months old now...does this sound familiar to anyone? She also kind of stumbles a bit when walking...like her balance isn't right. Any advice I'd love to hear it...thank you!
