Sickly Chicken Advice

Thank you so much for your help and advice! I've started her vitamin therapy and she's been much more lively the past couple days, although she still drops down if she tries to jump off something. I'll keep at it and hopefully she'll continue to improve!
Keep me posted on how she's getting along.

Happy update! As it turns out, it looks like her primary condition was sour crop. I suspect she has been suffering with this for a while which prevented her from eating enough food and she became skinny, weak, and lethargic. She never had any obvious symptoms but I did notice she was less active and her comb remained shrunk and pale.

After I found her on what seemed like death's door and started taking care of her she began constantly adjusting her crop and gurgling. I researched crop conditions and started treatment with yeast infection meds along with continued vitamin support. She quickly turned a corner and acts like a normal chicken again! She has energy and a healthy appetite and mingles with the rest of the flock now. She still doesn't roost but she can go up and down steps and ramps to put herself to bed without falling down. I'm continuing the vitamins but now that she's healthy again I can't catch her easily so that tells me she's doing pretty good for herself!

Thank you all for your help and I'm so glad this had a happy ending!
