Hi everyone. So I was walking my dog today and I found what looks like a newly hatched snapping turtle along the path. We left it alone aside from moving it further away from the path. Now that I look at it more, it seems to be sickly. It keeps its eyes closed, and doesn't move much. I do believe in letting wild animals stay wild, but I also think that as humans, we have a duty to care for our wildlife. Is it's behavior normal? If not, what should I do for it? Pictures coming later.

Thanks all

If the temp is low, it will be lethargic. Move it to shallow water with plants for protection.

Thank you all again for your help
The turtle moved and I can't find it
