Side Effects of Albon Causing Diarrhea? Please Help!

I've seen it in one quart containers, nothing smaller. Yep, you can give to all your hens if you wish, it wont hurt them. It's actually good for them, but it's not a "cleanser." Back in the olden days, buttermilk was one of the "cure-alls." I know one long time chicken owner that uses it often and claims that it makes feathers shiny over time.

Personally, I only use it if one of my birds has diarrhea for a few days, or after worming.
Keep in mind that during hot temps, birds drink alot of water which can cause watery diarrhea. Watermelon will cause it as well. Watery diarrhea causes a loss of nutrients. In this instance I recommend Poultry Nutri drench, one drop orally once a day for no more than 5 days.

I only have one. And that's one hen. Those old-time remedies are the best, aren't they?
Yes, she drinks a lot during the course of the day.

Oh, it is very hot and humid here. You can sit in the shade and you'll literally sweat if there's no breeze. Luckily there's a slight breeze.

Do chickens get spoiled by eating human foods? Oh, she's molting too. She's been dropping only a few feathers but I do also see some new growth where she's been scratching. Since she's been sick, I've been giving her veges, meat, fruits, treats, along with her regular feed spread apart in the afternoons. I wonder if she's actually waiting for those?
