Side of face turning from red to white?

Hi all, my chickens are about 1.5 years and I noticed 1 of them has her ears/side of face turning white. She’s in good spirits and has normal looking poop and has been laying eggs like the others. Any ideas? I have looked for mites on her but not 100% on what I am actually looking for. A picture attached.

That is perfectly white leakage and normal coloring of ear lobes in some breeds. Nothing to worry about.
