Cockerel barred is lighter colored also you do have pullets there

She is still 100% a pullet. There is no angle at which you can take a picture of this bird that will change that

Adorable! I tried raising from chicks and kept getting roos. Sadly I cant keep those where I live.

Possible good news, found a 3rd egg today. Either one of the others laid two eggs within a 4 hour period, or they're all laying now

So SORRY!! I've had two rounds of chicks, this is my 3rd, we are sold pullets, no problems so far...I'm also underground, so definitely NO ROOS!! All girls so far.... am I just LUCKY?

Hey everyone! Just to spite me, I opened the coop to find Henocide (the one in question) in the nesting box, who kindly told me to get out. All the girls are laying now Thanks everyone for the reassurance!

I tried getting chicks through a local farm instead of going to Tractor Supply or another store. They obviously didn't know what they were doing and stopped responding to my messages. I'm glad you are lucky though! I hope that luck keeps up for you!
