Are there any? Im so super excited that the suspense is killing me!! They are just about 6wks old and have light 24hr a day!

And a stupid question - I check on them all the time (cause Im ridiculous like that...) and they are NEVER sleeping. I stay up late and get up early....when do they sleep???

Having the light on for 24 hrs will throw off their sleeping. They really only need 14 - 16 hours of light. Put the light on a timer and see if that helps. Let it et dark naturally and have the light come on at 3am or so.

ALSO THE WHOLE PACING OUTSIDE THE CAGE LIKE AN EXECTANT FATHER THING... UM YEAH NOT SO GOOD, YOU'LL GIVE THEM STAGE FRIGHT

AND SNEAKIN UP ON THEM WHEN THEY ARE ASLEEP? KINDA LIKE SNEAKIN UP ON AN INDIAN, REAL HARD TO PULL OFF AS THEY WILL HEAR YOU COMING AND INSTANTLY BE AWAKE, ALERT AND WATCHING TO SEE WHAT OR WHO IS COMING AROUND THEIR PEN

lol my pet rabbit does the same thing they sleep when your not looking because when they do see you they get excited and think they are going to be fed

rabbits often will sleep with there eyes open which is often times why people think there pet rabbit never sleeps its only the very very comfortable rabbit who will sleep with its eyes closed.

dont know about quails though :?
