Silage

It is ok to feed silage to geese? My friend who is a dairy farmer offered to let me have a bunch of it, if I want it.

I don't see why not, what kind of silage is it? Alfalfa or grass?

Do be aware that once you open the package, since it's moist, you'll need to use it up. Not sure where you are located - so depending on the weather will depend on how fast you'll need to use it before it molds.

Wish I had some for here for the goats! I would share with the birdies.
