THIS IS SAFE RIGHT? Like.. the chickens wont pick at it? Im just super paranoid of getting a mite infestation inside...because i read thats where they live :( their whole colony..

My chickens picked loose bits of silicone off the side of the house and ate it. The good news is that they all survived. The bad news is that it moves like a worm so if they find any loose parts, there is a good chance they will pick it off and eat it. I hope you painted before putting on silicone. It doesn't stay put on unpainted wood very well at all.

yeah haha i actually did silicone before painting. After the paint dried i knew that the paint wasnt going to stick so i rubbed off all the paint that was on the silicone. =)
