I’ve got one we hatched out and as the feathers come in we are noticing the neck feathers are rounded. Is this indicative of a female?

No.
Both sexes have rounded feathers until closer to maturity when males get their male specific feathers in.

Watch the breast area and see if it feathers in mostly black (male) or salmon reddish (female) or brownish red with stippling (female)

Updated photos. About 7 weeks old now I think.

It's a pullet, I've hatched a couple of crosses similar to yours, & both turned out to be cockerels.

Watch the comb closely?
