This is a Cemani cockerel at 10 weeks.

Agreed!

One thing I noticed is the Cemanis vary greatly on laying. One of my hens laid REALLY early, the other was a couple months later. Also their frequency varies as well. The one that started laying early lays daily. The other is every three days or so. Pretty birds you have.

You have at least 1 cemani cockerel if not 2. I don't know why some guys said all pullets... I do not see anything like that anywhere.
Silkie is definitely a pullet

At 20 weeks, they are female. If they were 8 weeks old, I would think otherwise. Please compare comb shape and size to the 10 week old cockerel. This persons Cemanis have a flatter/straight shaped comb compared to the very rounded cockerel comb.

To me your cemanis are both roosters. I'm sorry to say but your birds feathers are so confused and messy, its even hard to tell. They are expensive birds and they need a little better protein-rich food. I don't want to say anything bad, I don't want to offend, but cemanis don't look like that. My young birds are in the photos.
