I have obtain a silkie that at the same day of getting her, sat on a clutch of 10 muscovy egg. She has sat sin the 13 of last month, and the egg are fertile and are due in less the a week and a half. She just doesn't really seem broody though.... She never puff up, never peck or make noises and yesterday she lay an egg, but she still won't leave the nest. Is that a normal behavior for a silkie hen?
