Silkie chick 15 weeks

We’ve got 2 silkies that are about 15 weeks old, they’re both sweet but look a bit different and we’re unsure about sexing. Neither have crowed or aggressive at all. They both have the same stringy feathers on their wings and tails, but no comb or waddles apparent. Are they late bloomers or do I have 2 hens that look a little different with their head floof. First 2 chicken A second 2 chicken B

I raise silkies and at four months sometimes I can start having more accurate guesses. It's definitive at 5 months though.

For now, I'd say A is a pullet, and B is a cockerel. B appears to have some streamer action going on, and perhaps the start of a small walnut comb.
