I have a 2 week old silkie chick. She had an issue hatching. She piped/hatched out the pointy end of egg. During hatch, I found her pushing herself around with one leg and head still in shell. Helped out but maybe too late. At first I thought splayed leg and treated for that but it hasn't improved. I tried a few tips for dislocated leg but I'm no expert. Any suggestions are welcome. Seems to be thriving otherwise. Hops around on the one leg and flaps wings a lot to help balance. The bent leg will move but stays pointing outward and never gets under her. Pics attached

OH MY WORD! I have a hen JUST like that! It happened when she was about 6 weeks. Did that just happen? My hen isn’t almost a year old and is laying eggs, not in pain, and doing very well. It looks a bit like splayed leg but I doubt it. Did you get her like that?

Never mind about did you get her like that 😂 I just read the message again

Yes. I did exactly this thinking this was the issue. I did so for a week with no improvement.?!
Try looking up slipped tendon. It causes spraddle leg, and won't be cured until the slipped tendon is felt with first.
