Silkie chick born with a bad foot/leg. How do I fix it?

This chick is now almost 4 days old. She still has trouble with her leg of course, but we have a bigger battle to fight now. The bone looks like it is showing through her skin in the joint. She hobbled on the joint until I realized that something was wrong and the others were picking on her. She kept picking at it and pecking her toes too. I've started wrapping her leg from that realization & even after I tried to manipulate the tendon. When I felt that it was to painful, I left her alone. I haven't tried to adjust the tendon again for 2 days now. I've just been doctoring her leg. I keep it splinted in the natural bend with neosporine. I also clean it with peroxide daily and re-bandage. I've started her on poly-vi-sol drops. I'm beginning to wonder if she doesn't have the groove or if the groove is to small for the tendon. Her tendon feels large compared to where it is supposed to go. Anyway, I'll give her a week more of neosporine bandages and peroxide. I may need to start her on some antibiotics by mouth. Any other suggestions?
