Silkie chick can't walk!!!

Please help chick cannot stand!!!! When she walks she falls forwand and sits when stopped whats wrong with her her name is minny please help she is a tiny black silkie chick she doesn't seem to use her left leg very well

I'm not Shute I got her from mpc at three days old she has been like this sinse I got her
