silkie chick has hock joint out of place HELP!

My 1wk old has his hock joint out of place and it's swollen. Chick is in a chair and is wearing an hock cast, he's also on pain meds made out of asparin. Is there hope for my little chick or am I just putting him thru more pain by saving him.
