Silkie chick hatched with deformed leg??

Had 2 black silkie chicks hatch late Thursday night/early Friday morning while I was sleeping. Both appeared happy and healthy and I moved them to the brooder box Friday afternoon. I noticed today (Saturday) that one wasn't moving around the brooder box and upon further inspection, it's leg is either deformed or possibly splayed leg? Can someone help identify which one and how to possibly help it?

It's leg *looks* normal but the chick keeps holding it up off the ground and appears to be balancing itself on its hock instead? It can't walk and just teeters around in a circle. :( I've had to move it to the feed and water bowls.

Start some chick vitamins, crushed B Complex tablets into some food, or use 2-3 drops of PolyVisol (no iron ) baby vitamins. Some problems may improve with vitamins and some physical therapy, but many types of poultry suffer from leg bone deformities and slipped tendons. Here is some reading that may help:
