Silkie chick is gaping and straining neck ?

How is she doing?
Is she eating/drinking and pooping?

Thank you so much for asking! Yes, she is doing all that but still straining.
Today i leaned her back and very gently swabbed inside of her beak with a wet cotton swab. I see no signs of worms!
