Silkie chick is twitching her head and is super sensitive?

My new silkie chick does this head twitching thing quite a bit. I'm not sure why. Also, if you touch her head or beak, it causes her head to twitch. Why?

Everything else is normal besides that. She's sweet as pie.

Could be swelling of the brain silkies are prone to it.
Oh my. Is this dangerous? What can I do?

EDIT:

If you mean water on the brain, I doubt she has it. No disorientation. Just head twitching. She's acting fine besides that.

If her head is down and shaking it is. I had a silkie roo have it he ended up dying weeks later
