Silkie Chick looks like it has a hernia on its umbilical cord but I’m not sure?

Hey, this chick hatched last night and it’s got some weird kinda growth on its vent. Looks like the umbilical cord. Anyone know what it is or how to treat it?

It might be the yolk sack still being absorbed, but im not sure.

Vent or navel?
Looks more like the navel to me, but you'll need to be sure.
If it's the navel, then leave it alone so it will close up and heal.
