Silkie Chick rails then Curled up foot?Help!

Today one of our two week old silkies suddenly started making a horrible nise when it breathed, like rails or Stridor. When I looked in the brooder it was lying down. I picked it up and one foot is curled up loosly, and it still walks but with the foot curled up & limping. This chick hatched perfectly, and has grown perfectly, everything has been fine until today.
It hasn't made the noise since that few times. No discharge, no loose stools, I saw it drinking but havent seen it eat and it's crop seems empty. I am holding it now and it is twitching a little every second or two, almost like a quick head shake.
Could it have choked or aspirated and has nerological damage? I dont know what could be wrong ?!
I put some nutridrench in the chicks waterer, but dont know what else to do. Thank you for any advice!

Nothing else to do. Any number of things could have happened. I would definitely separate the chick from the others. Keep him comfortable and don't expect too much. Be prepared for the worse case scenario.

Well, the little bugger is improving! It has stopped the twitching, it's foot has uncurled, and it is eating and drinking normally. It's leg is not completely right yet though, it acts like a chick with spraddle leg. It seems to be growing normally still. Yeah!
