Silkie chick sexing help

I've got 2 silkie chicks one is 14 weeks (Pinky) one is 7 weeks old (Brain)
I'm wondering when you guys usually start to see comb and streamer growth in your roosters to help me determine if I have boys or girls. Pinky has no comb growth along its beak it is completely smooth. While Brain is still very smooth but there is a very slight bump that you cant really see just feel

I have 3 adorable silkies . (About 4 months ) We have a white male .. roo and blue pullet female (sterling) .. and the last one we can’t figure out . We think he might be a boy (black Hershey) . But he is so friendly he is a lap chicken. Our other roo the white one (vanilla ) has been crowing since 2and a half months . The black one isn’t crowing and he doesn’t act like a roo at all . Please help us . I hope he or she is a girl .

@Jonandashley The third black one looks like a cockerel to me. Same with the white. The first one I'm not sure about.

Here's some updated pictures, Pinky is a little over 15 weeks and Brain is just over 8 weeks. Brain is starting to get a slight bump on its comb
