Hi Everyone.
I have a bantam Silkie chick from Tractor supply (there were only two left, so I took them). I noticed the first couple days that it’s toes looked super funny, then it started to curl in… I tried doing the tape thing but when I taped them, I also noticed they were FULLY webbed! Just like a DUCK 😳😳😳😳

I have NO IDEA how to get them straight or how to deal with the webbed problem? He is SUPER fast on his feet. He seems to use the side of one foot, and the other foot is also webbed but not nearly as bad!

Tonight I tried giving him a little foot bath (he fell asleep and enjoyed every second). I was in the middle of picking poop out when I wanted to take a few photos to get some advice.

I am pretty sure that any webbed toes can be separated with sharp scissors, once the skin is disinfected. Chlorhexidene (Hibiclens,) betadine, and others may be used.
