Hi everyone, new here. I have read posts before but I just joined because I need some help and don't where else to turn. Apologies ahead of time for the long post. I have silkie chicks in an incubator and one of them hatched on day 17. She externally pipped on day 16 and struggled quite a bit. She managed to open up the shell a little more but couldn't seem to get the strength to finish despite trying often. Finally on the evening of day 17 I helped her the rest of the way out. But something is wrong. She is now just over 48 hours old. I think she has wry neck, her neck is straight up and her head twists to the side. She has no control over movements and can't stand or sit. She lays on her belly. Her feet are curled in and she has 7 toes total. Also her wings don't lay flat, the stick out. And she chirps almost constantly. I started her on vit e and selenium today but I don't know if it's going to help or if there is more I can do. I attached a couple of pictures.
